Rumsey will be instrumental in accelerating Frontier’s marketplace expansion, strengthening distribution channels, and elevating client partnership and management services.

Rumsey brings a proven track record of driving commercial success and strategic partnerships within the benefits space, with prior leadership roles at First Stop Health and Specialty Care Management since 2017. His experience is directly aligned with scaling innovative, cost-saving healthcare models. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Birmingham.
